Studio 9 Dance Academy is welcoming back various guest instructors from across Colorado to train in this five day technique intensive! All dancers will have a ballet technique class followed by pre-pointe and/or pointe class.  

Intermediate & Advanced dancers (ages 9+) will also incorporate classes after lunch in partnering, variations, pilates/yoga, mental training for athletes and heath and nutrition for dancers.

Beginner dancers (Ages 5 - 9) will participate in a shortened version of the intensive, and will not be required to bring a lunch.

*Required for all 2026-27 Ballet Company dancers

Studio 9 Dance Academy will be training dancers "to the nines" as participants are stretched to perfection in this five day intensive.  

Guest Artists from around the country,  along side Studio 9's Company teachers will be training dancers in Jazz, Technique Progressions, Contemporary, Improv, Lyrical, Musical Theatre and More!

This intensive is open to all dancers 9 years and up, but must have 3+ years of dance experience to attend.

*All 2026-27 Select Company 9 dancers are required to attend this intensive. Dancers will learn choreography for the upcoming season in the evenings and weekend following the intensive classes.

An introduction to Convention style dancing, younger dancers have the opportunity to participate in a shortened version of our Nines Intensive. Students will participate in two days of training from Guest Artists and Studio 9's Company Instructors. Mini dancers will be working on flexibility, turns, jumps, progressions, acro skills and more. If you want your aspiring dancer to be exposed to convention style classes with top notch staff, register for this intensive today!  
 
This intensive is open to all dancers 6-8 years old, with 1+ years of dance experience.

*All 2026-27 Newbie Company dancers are required to attend this intensive.
