IN STUDIO REHEARSALS

• Follow all studio protocols for Phase 2*

• Dancers will arrive no more than 5 minutes prior to scheduled time

  • Staff will meet all dancers at the entrance for temperature checks & check in process​

  • No parents in the lobby, dancers only will enter and exit through marked doors

  • All other Phase 2 Guidelines will be followed

• Dancers will go over showcase choreography and staging

• Costumes will be passed out but dancers will NOT try them on in the studio.  They will take them home to do this

• Dancers bring only the dance shoes they need, no extra items

IN STUDIO FILMING

• Follow all studio protocols for Phase 2*

• Dancers will arrive no more than 5 minutes prior to scheduled time IN COSTUME

  • Staff will meet all dancers at the entrance for temperature checks & check in process​

  • No parents in the lobby, dancers only will enter and exit through marked doors

  • All other Phase 2 Guidelines will be followed

• Rental Costumes will be provided for filming and cleaned for each new cast

• Children's program hair style of choice 

• Levels 1-Elite ballet bun or pulled back off face

• Make-up is optional but can be regular street makeup, no need for full stage make-up

• No parents in the studio

• Dancers will arrive and enter through Studio 4.  

• Filming will occur in Studio 1

• Costume changes will occur in Studio 2

• Please don't bring extra items (only additional shoes/costumes will be allowed)

GENERAL NOTES

• Video link will be made available in late June

• Studio must be in Phase 2 during this scheduled time frame for this event to occur

• Sign up for a Zoom virtual Parent Meeting on either 5/15 or 5/16 from 4:00pm-5:00pm.  Please submit any specific questions you would like addressed by 5/14.
